• Deposit payments are calculated as 50% of full accommodation value
• Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival
• Bookings cancelled 45-30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited
• Bookings cancelled within 30-21 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of deposit payment.
• Bookings cancelled within 21-14 days of arrival will forfeit 75% of deposit payment
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of deposit payment
• Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these payment conditions are not met
