Winter Specials & Green Season Rates valid from now until 31 May 2018 (Available on request)

All rates are quoted per suite (not per person).

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

A minimum of a 10 night stay in December during Christmas/ New Year period.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Rate includes accommodation on a self catering basis
• Neptune's Rest is strictly a Non Smoking Establishment
• Guests younger than 12 only accepted by prior arrangement
• Please ensure all the details of your reservation are correct at time of booking & inform us of expected arrival time, sleeping requirements and a local contact number
• Check-in from 2.00p.m. & check-out by 10.00 am
• We do not have debit/credit card facilities

RESERVATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Reservations are not secure until such time as a deposit has been paid.
• Deposit payments are calculated as 50% of full accommodation value.
• Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings cancelled 45-30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled within 30-21 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of deposit payment.
• Bookings cancelled within 21-14 days of arrival will forfeit 75% of deposit payment.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of deposit payment.
• Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these payment conditions are not met.
